We require a 2-night minimum stay in the winter months.  We also have holiday rates that run from around the 22nd of December until the 1st of January, Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend in January and President's day weekend in February. These are times when we get many calls for reservations, and book up very quickly.

GOOD THINGS TO KNOW

• Deposit of $200 required.  Full payment due 14 days before arrival.
• Holiday reservations require full payment 30 days in advance.
• Cancellation fee prior to 30 days and late check out fee of $50 each.
• Cancellation less than 30 days notice forfeits entire deposit.
• 10% Discount for rentals over 14 days.
• Check In -- 4:00 PM C.S.T     Check Out -- 10:00 AM C.S.T.
• Maximum of 8 adults allowed to stay in each vacation home.
• VISA and MasterCard accepted.
